3. Refund-Eligible Cases (7-Day Window)

You may be eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • Request made within 7 calendar days of purchase date
  • You have accessed less than 10% of the course content
  • You have not downloaded any study materials or resources
  • You have not taken any quizzes, tests, or assessments
  • You have not received any certificates
  • This is your first refund request for this product
  • Your account is in good standing (no violations)
  • Purchase was made at full price (no discounts applied)

3.1 Technical Issues

If you experience genuine technical issues that prevent you from accessing the content, we may provide a refund if:

  • You reported the issue to support within 48 hours of encountering it
  • Our technical team verified the issue exists on our end
  • We were unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours
  • The issue is not due to your device, internet, or browser

4. The 48-Hour Rule

Once you have accessed more than 10% of the course content, you have a 48-hour window to request a refund. After 48 hours of significant content access, no refund will be processed.

4.1 How We Calculate Content Access

We track content access through the following metrics:

  • Video Watch Time: Total minutes of video content watched
  • Lecture Completion: Number of lectures marked as complete
  • Resource Downloads: Number of PDFs, notes, or materials downloaded
  • Quiz Attempts: Any assessment or quiz attempted
  • Login Sessions: Number of sessions accessing course content

4.2 Example Scenarios

Scenario 1: You purchase on Monday, watch 5% of content on Tuesday, request refund on Wednesday → Eligible for refund

Scenario 2: You purchase on Monday, watch 15% of content on Monday, request refund on Wednesday → Not eligible (48 hours exceeded after 10%+ access)

Scenario 3: You purchase on Monday, watch 15% on Monday, request refund on Tuesday (within 48 hours) → Eligible for partial refund

5. Non-Refundable Cases (Refund Impossible)

The following situations are absolutely non-refundable regardless of timing or circumstances:

  • Terms of Service Violations: Account sharing, content piracy, screen recording, harassment, or any policy violation
  • Account Termination: Accounts terminated due to violations
  • Significant Content Access: More than 10% content accessed with refund request after 48 hours

  • Completed Assessments: If you have taken any quizzes or tests
  • Certificates Issued: If any certificates have been generated
  • Promotional Purchases: Purchases made using discount codes, coupons, special offers, or promotional pricing
  • Free Trial Conversions: Subscriptions converted from free trials
  • Renewal Charges: Automatic renewal charges (cancel before renewal)
  • Upgrade Differences: Price differences when upgrading plans
  • Bundle/Package Deals: Bundled courses or package purchases
  • Gift Purchases: Subscriptions purchased as gifts
  • Change of Mind: Simply changing your mind after accessing content
  • External Circumstances: Personal reasons like schedule changes, device issues, or internet problems on your end

5.1 Promotional and Discounted Purchases

All purchases made with any type of discount are final and non-refundable. This includes:

  • Coupon codes or promo codes
  • Seasonal sales (Eid, Independence Day, Black Friday, etc.)
  • Referral discounts
  • Student discounts
  • Bundle discounts
  • Flash sales or limited-time offers
  • Any price lower than the regular listed price

5.2 Chargeback Warning

⚠️ Warning: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank instead of contacting us for a refund will result in immediate permanent account termination, loss of all access, and potential legal action to recover the disputed amount plus administrative fees.

6. Partial Refund Cases

In certain situations, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion:

7. How to Request a Refund

7.1 Refund Request Process

    • Email address associated with the account
    • Phone number associated with the account
    • Order/Transaction ID or receipt number
    • Purchase date
    • Detailed reason for refund request
    • Any supporting screenshots or documentation
  3. Acknowledgment: You will receive an acknowledgment email within 24-48 business hours
  4. Review: Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  5. Decision: You will receive our decision via email with explanation

7.2 Processing Time

  • Review Period: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Processing: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-14 business days depending on your bank
  • Total Time: Up to 30 days from request to receiving funds

7.3 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to different accounts, alternative payment methods, or third parties. For bank transfers, additional verification may be required.

8. Subscription Cancellation vs Refund

Cancelling your subscription prevents future charges but does NOT provide a refund for the current billing period. Your access continues until the end of your paid period.

8.1 How to Cancel Subscription

  • Go to Account Settings → Subscription
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Confirm cancellation
  • You will receive a confirmation email

8.2 Preventing Auto-Renewal Charges

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. We send reminder emails 7 days and 3 days before renewal. Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed, so please manage your subscription proactively.

9. Special Circumstances

9.1 Duplicate Charges

If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a technical error, please contact us immediately. Duplicate charges will be refunded in full after verification.

9.2 Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your account was charged without authorization, contact us within 24 hours with relevant details. We will investigate and take appropriate action. Note: If the charge was made by someone using your shared credentials, no refund will be provided.

9.3 Course Discontinuation

If we discontinue a course or service that you have purchased and have not substantially accessed, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the remaining unused portion of your subscription.

10. Refund Appeals

If your refund request is denied and you believe the decision was incorrect:

  1. You may submit an appeal within 7 days of receiving the denial

  3. Include your original request, denial reason, and additional supporting information
  4. Appeals are reviewed by senior management within 7-10 business days
  5. The appeal decision is final and binding

Please note that appeals are only considered when there is new information or evidence to support your case. Repeating the same request without new information will not change the outcome.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. The refund terms applicable to your purchase are those in effect at the time of your purchase. We encourage you to review this policy before making any purchase.
